This false-colour satellite view of southern Namibia, with the Orange River along the lower edge, was created from Sentinel-2 imagery using a combination of shortwave, near-infrared, and visible light to emphasise the region’s unique geology. The resulting colours reveal striking variations in rock and soil composition, with natural greens, reds, and ochres highlighting the area’s complex formations. The image was composited and balanced for clarity while retaining the authentic texture and geological diversity of the desert landscape.
This series is printed in a 2:3 aspect ratio in landscape and portrait format. See size guide here.
